1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FinFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 16 years old to use FinFlow.

2. Description of Service

FinFlow is a personal finance app that enables users to:

• Track and categorize personal and group expenses
• Scan receipts using OCR-assisted extraction
• Split shared costs and monitor balances
• Set budgets and review insight dashboards
• Manage recurring transactions

FinFlow is not financial advice. The service is a tracking and organization tool only. It does not provide investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for account security and all activity under your credentials. Do not share access tokens or grant unauthorized account access.

You are responsible for the correctness of data entered into FinFlow. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted financial records.

4. Free and Paid Plans

FinFlow offers free and paid plans. Plan limits and features are shown on the pricing section of the landing page.

For paid subscriptions:

• Billing is handled by Stripe on monthly or annual cycles
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the active billing period
• Pricing may change with prior notice
• Refund handling follows applicable consumer laws and payment provider rules

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use FinFlow for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to any account or data
• Upload malicious files or abusive payloads
• Automate abusive scanning or request flooding
• Impersonate another person or entity

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your submitted data. FinFlow retains ownership of the platform software, design, branding, and related intellectual property.

7. Data and Privacy

Use of FinFlow is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

• We are not liable for financial decisions made using the service
• We are not liable for OCR interpretation inaccuracies
• Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid by you for FinFlow in the prior 12 months

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time using Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy or legal violations.

Upon termination, data handling follows the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are published here before taking effect.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Budapest, Hungary.
